Annual Review and Five Year Fundamental Review of the
Alkimos-Eglinton Development Contribution Plan (DCP) – Notification of Costs Review
The Alkimos-Eglinton DCP was established in 2014 to
collect financial contributions from developing landowners towards the cost of
delivering district level community facilities in the Alkimos-Eglinton
area. The City’s District Planning
Scheme No. 2 (DPS 2) requires that any estimated costs included in the DCP be
reviewed at least annually to ensure that they are as accurate as possible. In
addition, the City is required to perform a 5-year fundamental review of the
DCP that forms part of this Annual Review.
The City has completed its annual review and 5-year
fundamental review of the Alkimos-Eglinton DCP and Council considered this
matter at its meeting on 14 December 2020 (PS03-12/20), where it was resolved
to advertise the Annual Review of Costs for 2020-2021 and the five year
fundamental review of the Alkimos Eglinton DCP (attached to the Council
