Proposed Single House at 96B Ocean Drive, Quinns Rocks - DA2020/1277
The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 19 January 2021.
The application proposes a Single House with an over wall height and ridge height on all four boundaries as follows:
- Northern boundary: wall height of 7.7m and ridge height of 9.5m (in lieu of 6m and 9m);
- Eastern boundary: wall height of 6.1m (in lieu of 6m);
- Southern boundary: wall height of 7.2m and ridge height of 9.2m (in lieu of 6m and 9m); and,
- Western boundary: wall height of 6.8m (in lieu of 6m). In addition, the proposal also includes an over height boundary wall of 3.9m (in lieu of the required 3m).
