The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 19 January 2021.
The application proposes a 25 metre long retaining wall with some portion of the retaining wall being over the deemed to comply requirement of 0.5m. The height of the retaining wall ranges from 0.1 metres to 1.4 metres above natural ground level.
