Proposed Single House at 4 Alabaster Approach, Jindalee - DA2020/1827
The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 18 January 2021.
The application proposes a two-storey dwelling at the abovementioned site. Whilst the proposal is generally compliant, variations to the Residential Design Codes (R-Codes) is being sought with respect to Clause 5.1.3 and 5.4.1. The proposal is seeking a variation to Clause 5.1.3 from a wall associated with Bed 2 being located 1m from the southern lot boundary in lieu of 1.5m required. It is noted however that a boundary wall is permitted at this location per the adopted Jindalee North Structure Plan No.88 (ASP 88).
