Proposed Single House at 26 Turnstone Street, Alkimos - DA2020/1803
The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 5 February 2021.
The application proposes a new two
storey dwelling at 26 Turnstone Street, Alkimos. Whilst the proposal is
generally compliant, a variation to the Residential Design Codes (R-Codes) is
being sought with respect to Clause 5.4.1. The application proposes a major
opening from a balcony and a major opening from a bedroom that both slightly
overlook into the adjoining properties to the north and south.
