The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 24 February 2021.
The application proposes a Single House with a
setback distance of 1 metre from the western boundary. The Single
House has a proposed height of 2.6 metres and 16 metres in length, however only
9.6 metres of the 16 metres is setback 1 metre.
