Proposed Commercial Lower Floor - Residential Upper Floors at 231, Ocean Keys Boulevard, Clarkson (DA2020/1876)
The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 1 March 2021.
The application
proposes a mixed-use development incorporating a ground floor office tenancy
with two units (1x 2-bedroom and 1x 1-bedroom) located on the upper levels.
Both units include a balcony facing to the south, with access and parking to be
provided off Hatton Lane. The building will have a total height (to top of
pitched roof) of 9m, and includes a nil setback to the eastern and western lot
boundaries.
