The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 16 March 2021.
The application proposes a front fence within the front setback of the applicant’s property. The front fence includes a solid portion of wall up to 1.6 metres in height and located on the common boundary. The application also includes a boundary wall abutting common property. The boundary wall is 3 metres max in height and proposes a length of 12.4 metres which is spilt into 2 sections.
