Proposed Grouped Dwelling (Two Units) at 10 Southampton Lane, Mindarie - DA2021/95
The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 19 March 2021.
The application proposes two Grouped Dwellings on the subject site. Both of which are three storeys in height. Both of the Grouped Dwellings propose two balconies on the northern side of the site which provide views of Mindarie Marina. Due to their location, the development results in overlooking into the properties to the East and West of the subject site.
