Proposed Single House Addition (Privacy Screen) at 20A Synnot View, Marangaroo - DA2021/245
The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 23 March 2021.
The application proposes a privacy screen along a portion of the eastern lot boundary which is setback 0.15 metres from the lot boundary. The privacy screen incorporates 2.1 metre high posts and a 1 metre high privacy screen. The overall length of the privacy screen is 9.975 metres. The privacy screen consists of powder coated aluminium horizontal slats which will be the same colour as the existing boundary fence.
