The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 26 March 2021.
This part relates to the property to the west:
As part of the
application, a 13.29m wall is proposed with a 0.3m setback from the western
boundary (common boundary). The wall is proposed with a maximum height of 3.55m
and an average height of 3.51m above the existing natural ground level.
In addition, a retaining wall with a maximum height of 0.91 metres above the existing natural ground level is proposed on the western boundary (common boundary). The proposed wall has a total length of 5m.
This part relates to the property to the south:
As part of the application, a retaining wall with a maximum height of 0.72 metres above the existing natural ground level is proposed on the southern boundary (common boundary). The proposed wall has a total length of 11m, though only a small portion (2.1m) is over 0.5m in height.
