Proposed Four (4) Grouped Dwellings at 53 Koondoola Avenue, Koondoola - DA2021/97

The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 25 March 2021.

The application proposes to construct four (4) grouped dwellings at the abovementioned site. Each unit is proposed to be 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom with a single car garage. Each dwelling is proposed to be two-storeys in height and will be terraced internally, providing consistent ground levels for units 1 & 2 and 3 & 4 respectively. Retaining is proposed to be a maximum of 1.5m and minimum of 1m. The maximum building height (to top of pitched roof) is proposed at Unit 4 (southern-most unit) which a total height of 7.7m. Boundary walls are proposed from Unit 1 to the east and Unit 4 to the south.
