Proposed Single House at 10 Lenzo Court, Gnanagara - DA2021/456
The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 22 April 2021.
The application proposes to remove the existing dwelling and establish a new single house in a similar location. The new dwelling will be setback approximately 80m from the northern boundary, 16m from the southern boundary (Lorian Road), 55m to the western boundary (Lenzo Court) and 10m to the eastern boundary.
