Proposed Single House at 20 Whitehouse Drive - DA2021/340

The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 30 April 2021.

The application proposes a two storey grouped dwelling which incorporates a boundary wall on the southern boundary that is 5.6 metres in length. The other two boundary walls are located on the eastern boundary the first of which is 8.09 metres in length and is setback 5.1 metres from Whitehouse Drive and the second is 4.5 metres in length and is located along the southern portion of the eastern lot boundary. All boundary walls are an overall height of 2.7 metres and will be a rendered finish. In addition to the above, the proposed grouped dwelling incorporates a minimum setback of 1.2 metres to the upper floor to the eastern boundary. The upper floor consists of small openings which are 1.6 metres above the second floor’s finished level.
