Proposed Single House and Existing Retaining Wall at 51 Trumpeter Parade, Yanchep - DA2021/178

The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 5 May 2021.

The application proposes a Single House and Retaining Walls on the abovementioned property. The Single House incorporates a second storey, which is setback a minimum of 2.89m from the southern lot boundary and a maximum of 3.49 metres to the same boundary. The application also proposes an opening on this elevation which is 6m in length and 0.5m in height. In addition, the proposal includes two retaining walls, one of which is a minimum height of 0.6 metres and a maximum height of 0.85 metres and has a nil setback to the southern boundary. At its closest point to the front boundary, the retaining wall is 0.7 metres in height. The second retaining wall is located on the northern lot boundary and is a maximum height of 1.12 metres at the closest point to the front boundary.
