Proposed Single House Additions at 36 Lithgow Drive, Clarkson
The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 7 May 2021.
The application proposes Single House Additions (Carport, Outbuilding and Patio). The carport is located directly in front of the existing garage an incorporates a single post on the southern boundary which is setback 3m from the front lot boundary. The outbuilding and patio are located together in the south western corner of the subject. The outbuilding is of dimension 3.83 metres by 5.35 metres and incorporates a nil setback on the southern boundary. The outbuilding has a wall height of 2.4 metres and an overall height of 2.7 metres. The patio is of dimension 4.6 metres by 3.1 metres and has a nil setback to the rear boundary.
