Proposed Single House at 30A Kinsale Drive, Mindarie - DA2021/651
The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 10 May 2021.
The application
proposes a two-storey single dwelling at the above site. The dwelling includes
internal terracing across three levels, generally in keeping with the natural
topography of the site. The dwelling proposed a maximum wall height of 6.7m at
the western portion of the site, with a maximum overall height of 8.3m to the
top of the pitched roof.
Setbacks range from
1.1m to 1.8m on the ground level, and 1.8m to 2.5m on the upper level of the
dwelling.
