The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 24 May 2021.
The application proposes to install a new patio structure adjoining the western portion of the dwelling. The patio is proposed to have a total length of 12m, and a height of 2.9m. The patio includes posts located on the boundary, with the roofline being setback 0.5m from the western boundary. The patio is proposed to be a flat skillion roof design.
