The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 27 May 2021
The application proposes a total building wall height of 10m at the front of the dwelling and 6.5m at the rear of the dwelling as measured from the natural ground level. The top of the pitched roof is 11.8m as measured from natural ground level.
Due to the topography of the site, retaining walls are required and is as proposed:
- Retaining on the north east boundary is a maximum height of 3.5m; and
- Retaining on the south west boundary is a maximum height of 2.1m; and
The first floor dining room is setback 5.5m from the south west boundary.
