The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 7 June 2021.
The application proposes an outbuilding and patio at the rear of the abovementioned property. The patio is setback 0.5m to the rear boundary of the subject site and is an overall dimension of 6 metres by 5 metres. The patio is a minimum height of 2.6 metres on the western side and at its maximum is a height of 2.7 metres on the eastern side. The outbuilding is of dimension 3.05 metres by 5.2 metres. The outbuilding incorporates a skillion roof which has a height at the rear boundary of 2.3 metres and is a maximum height of 2.56 metres at its southern wall.
