The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 23 June 2021.
The application proposes an outbuilding (71.3m2) with a wall length dimension of 7.5metres x 9.5 metres and a wall height of 4 metres. The outbuilding is proposed to be setback 0.5 metres from both the eastern and northern boundary.
