Proposed Childcare Centre Additions at 54 Santa Rosalia Vista, Sinagra - DA2021/399
The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 26 July 2021.
The application proposes:
- Two-storey building in the western portion of the site (toward Pinjar Road) containing four classrooms and two indoor/outdoor play areas and accommodating an additional 45 children (total 126 children) from kindy through primary school ages and an additional 7 staff members (total 23 staff);
- An additional 17 parking bays (total 44 bays);
- A building raised on stilts above the carpark containing reception area and offices;
- A patio adjoining garage off Capri Leone Way;
- Shade structure over parking bays off Messina Drive; and,
- Sign with digital portion facing Pinjar Road.
