Proposed Single House Addition (Patio) at 88 Wallangarra Road, Carramar - DA2020/1897
The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 3 August 2021.
The application proposes a patio with a post height of 2.2m and an overall height of 3m. The patio is located 1.5m from the north (side) boundary, 2m from the west (rear) boundary and 13.4m from the south (side) boundary. The Applicant is proposing to plant a native vegetation along a portion of the west (rear) boundary to screen the patio.
