Proposed Child Care Centre Development at 91 Ariane View, Yanchep (DA2021/1043)
The application proposes a Child Care Centre located at the northern portion of 91 Ariane View, Yanchep, behind a number of residential lots and opposite the Yanchep Rise Primary School. The Child Care Centre consists of:
- A single storey building with a total of 32 car bays;
- Access from Moorpark Avenue;
- Operating from 6:30am to 7:00pm Monday to Friday; and
- Accommodates 100 children and 16 staff.
