Proposed Single House Addition (Outbuilding) at 27 Manchester Drive, Hocking - DA2021/1091
The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 12 August 2021.
The application
proposes a second outbuilding located in the north western corner of the
subject site. The outbuilding is of dimension 6.12m by 5.63m and is 2.4 metres
in height. The outbuilding has a pitched roof which results in an overall
height of 3m above the natural ground level of the subject site. The
outbuilding is setback 0.9m to the western boundary and 0.39m to the northern
boundary. Both of these sides do not incorporate any openings.
