Proposed Single House Addition (Retaining Wall) at 22 Galatea Grove, Two Rocks (DA2021/1176).
The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 20 August 2021.
The application proposes a
retaining wall up to a maximum height of 1.65 metres above natural ground level
setback 1.1 metres from the northern boundary and setback nil from the southern
boundary.
