Proposed Single House and Outbuilding at 27 Forrest Grove, Two Rocks (DA2021/1225).
The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 20 August 2021.
The application proposes a single
house and outbuilding. The single house includes a retaining wall up to a
maximum height of 1.1metres above natural ground level setback nil from the
southern boundary. The application also proposes to construct an outbuilding at
the rear of the property. The outbuilding proposes a wall length of 9
metres and a maximum wall height of 4.2 metres, to be setback 1.1 metres from
the southern boundary.
