Proposed Change of Use to Commercial Dog Grooming at 1 Graceful Boulevard, Alkimos (DA2021/910)
The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 6 September 2021.
The application proposes a Change of Use to Unlisted Use (Dog Grooming) and entails the following:
- Operating hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 3pm and Saturday 8:30am – 4pm;
- Maximum 2 staff and 1 customer at any time; and,
- Staff and customer parking to be accommodated within the existing shopping centre parking lot.
