Proposed Local Development Plan (LDP) No.2 - 11 Hickory Road, Quinns Rocks
The above-mentioned Local Development Plan is currently being advertised for public comment until 9 September 2021.
The LDP is required to be prepared in accordance with condition 6 of the recently approved subdivision for the property. The LDP specifically addresses the provision of uniform fencing where the land adjoins existing public open space (POS) and consideration of passive surveillance over the POS for any future development. Additionally, the LDP seeks to set maximum building pad levels which are to be established in accordance with the site levels set through the approved subdivision, and the proposed bin pad location.
