Proposed Single House Addition (Outbuilding) at 48 Boscastle Way, Yanchep (DA2021/1368).
The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 24 September 2021.
The application
proposes to construct an outbuilding (shed) at the rear of the property, the
proposed outbuilding is to replace the existing. The outbuilding proposes a
wall length of 4.5m meters and width of 3.4m, with a maximum wall height of 2.4
metres and to be setback 350mm to the rear and southern boundary.
