Proposed Single House Addition (Outbuilding) at 24 Jackson Circuit, Madeley (DA2021/1410)
The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 1 October 2021.
The application
proposes to construct an outbuilding (shed) at the rear of the property. The outbuilding
proposes a wall length of 4.5m meters and width of 3.8m, with a maximum wall
height of 2.4 metres. The outbuilding is to be setback 350mm to the northern
boundary and a nil setback to the eastern boundary.
