Proposed Change Of Use (Private Recreation & Restaurant) at 470 Sydney Road, Gnangara (DA2021/1554)
The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 25 October 2021.
The application proposes a Restaurant and Private Recreation with the following elements:
- A maximum number of 100 seats
in the Restaurant;
- A total of 59 on-site car bays
which includes two marked disabled car parking bay;
- Proposed hours of operation
from 6:30am to 6:00pm on weekdays and 7am to 6:00pm on weekends; and
- Associated landscaping and
signage.
