The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 26 October 2021.
The application
proposes to construct a patio at the rear of the property. The patio proposes a
wall length of 16.7m and width of 1.2m and a wall height of 2.2m. The patio is
setback 500mm off the rear boundary.
