Proposed Local Development Plan No. 18 - Banksia Grove
Public comment is invited on the the proposed Local Development Plan No. 18.
The Local Development Plan (LDP) is required to be prepared in accordance with Condition 6 of the recently approved subdivision for the property at 1K Flynn Drive, Banksia Grove, which is located along Harden Park Trail, Banksia Grove. The LDP specifically addresses building envelope and driveway locations, retention of vegetation, and the identification of the Asset Protection Zones (APZ) and acceptable development within the APZ.
