Proposed Change of Use to Reverse vending Centre at Unit 1, 7 Honeybee Parade, Banksia Grove (DA2021/1803)

The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 23 December 2021.

The application proposes to utilise the existing showroom tenancy at the abovementioned address for the purpose of a Container Deposit Recycling Centre (CDRC) as part of the Western Australian Containers for Change Scheme.

The Centre is proposed to operate from 7am – 7pm Monday to Saturday and 9am – 6pm on Sundays.

The proposal will facilitate the collection and sorting of containers and will not involve the processing of containers on site.
