The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 10 December 2021.
The application
proposes an outbuilding at the abovementioned property which is located parallel
to the rear (eastern) lot boundary. The outbuilding is of dimension 8 metres by
21 metres and is an overall height of 6 metres to the top of the pitched roof.
The outbuilding is setback 2 metres to the rear lot boundary and is centrally
located along the eastern lot boundary.
