Proposed Service Station at 101 Chateau Avenue, Alkimos (DA2021/1960)
The application proposes
a service station on the eastern portion of the abovementioned site. The proposal includes a 233m2
‘Convenience Store’, 6 car forecourt and associated parking and signage. The
Service Station is proposed to operate 24/7.
