Proposed Single House Addition (Front Fence and Retaining Wall) at 10 Moort Rise Carramar (DA2021/1559)
The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 17 February 2022.
The application proposes to install two retaining walls, one at the front of the property and another to the rear. The front retaining is located on the northern boundary and will be terraced up to a maximum height of 2m which will taper to the current floor level of the existing dwelling. The rear retaining is proposed to be 1.8m in height from the existing modified ground levels and align with the existing rear retaining on the neighboring properties
