Proposed Industrial - Commercial Development (Data Centre & Ancillary Office) at 92 Windsor Road, Wangara (DA2022/157)
The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 14 April 2022.
Public comment is invited on the above proposal for a Data Centre and associated works including approximately 8,159.85m2 of communication halls and 6,927.30m2 of plant room and 1,864.70m2 of incidental office. The development includes associated infrastructure, including power generators, chillers, water storage tanks, switch room and pump room/treatment located along the southern boundary of the subject site.
