The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 23 March 2022.
The application proposes two apartments and a ground floor office as part of the development. The building will be 3 storeys including ground floor and the office will be a total of 90m2 in area. The first apartment incorporates 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and the second apartment on the top floor incorporates three bedroom and 2 bathrooms. The proposed development incorporates 4 car parking spaces which will be accessible via Canvey Lane.
