This project has been funded under the Australian Government’s Local Roads & Community Infrastructure Program – Phase 2. This program supports local councils to deliver priority local road and community infrastructure projects across Australia, supporting jobs and the resilience of local economies to help communities bounce back from the COVID-19 pandemic. Approximately 5 to 6 equipment stations or a larger combination were installed at Dalvik Park to support low intensity exercise to improve strength, flexibility, mobility and balance. Equipment was chosen to be accessible for people of all abilities and targets a variety of muscle groups. Shade sail/s were also be installed to complement associated equipment. |
