Community Facility Projects - Clarkson - Anthony Waring Park clubrooms upgrade to ventilation

Project description	This project has been funded under the Australian Government’s Local Roads & Community Infrastructure Program – Phase 2. This program supports local councils to deliver priority local road and community infrastructure projects across Australia, supporting jobs and the resilience of local economies to help communities bounce back from the COVID-19 pandemic. This facility only had ceiling fans to cool the function/multi-purpose rooms. The project upgraded the ceiling fans to refrigerant air conditioning to bring them up to an acceptable City facility standard. The project required a Power Upgrade to support the HVAC Upgrade Ventilation works.
