This project has been funded under the Australian Government’s Local Roads & Community Infrastructure Program – Phase 2. This program supports local councils to deliver priority local road and community infrastructure projects across Australia, supporting jobs and the resilience of local economies to help communities bounce back from the COVID-19 pandemic. Chesterfield Park playground in Hocking was scheduled for renewal. Access to the playground needed to be improved and other accessible features were included. This park also benefits from shade over the equipment and an accessible drink fountain. Design of path lighting was also included in this project for future year construction. |
