Rangers

Vehicles that have been abandoned and removed by the City of Wanneroo require a fee of $489.50 to be paid to the City for release.

1. To check if your vehicle has been impounded, contact the City Rangers on 9405 5000.
2. Vehicles can be collected, by appointment only, by contacting Nationwide on 134 869. Proof of ownership (registration papers) will need to be provided as well as ID. 
3. All fees are to be paid direct to Nationwide: 
   • Impound fee - $489.50
   • Storage fee per day - $16.50
4. All vehicles must be conveyed/towed from Nationwide at the cost of the owner. There are no exceptions.

In the event of a vehicle not being claimed by the owner within two months of impounding, the City may arrange for their disposal by public auction or tender.
