All other booking requests should be made using our book a verge collection system.
Important Information
Bookings are open NOW, however collections will not begin until JULY 2024.
The different waste types must be presented in separate piles for collection, as separate vehicles will be sent to collect these items.
Each collection may comprise of the following waste types.
- Bulk green waste
- Bulk junk waste
- White goods
- E-waste (electronics)
- Mattresses

Please use the attached Booking Consent Form to get started in organising a bulk collection for the complex you manage.
The form requests contact details, the address and name of the property you manage, where the waste will be collected from and requested date(s) for collection. Please note that completing the form does not mean that you are booked in for a collection – a representative from the City of Wanneroo must approve the collection location and date availability.
You will receive confirmation of your booking via an automated email and/or SMS.

The unit complex Authorising Officer/Representative will work co-operatively with City of Wanneroo Waste Services to agree on the collection size and collection point(s) at a unit complex, where required.

Council Waste Services, Workpower and Softlanding, will require unobstructed access to the property for the purpose of delivering, placing, and collecting approved collection receptacles. For any logistical issues, please contact Waste Services (City of Wanneroo) direct on 08 9405 5000 before completing your booking.

The Property Owner and or Authorising Officer/Representative shall be responsible to advise occupants of the property of the agreed dates of collection and any logistical requirements, and to distribute the educational material provided, detailing the service to the property dwellings and occupants.

The Property Owner and or Authorising Officer/Representative shall not allow any persons or organisations that are not a domestic or residential occupant of a dwelling to utilise the collection services provided. Commercial businesses shall not be permitted to access the service.

The Property Owner and or Authorising Officer/Representative indemnifies and releases Council, Workpower and Softlanding from any claims, losses or damages resulting from damage to any driveways, pavements and or hard stands caused from heavy rigid vehicles that may be required to access the property to provide the services. The indemnity shall only cover damage created by the weight of the vehicle(s) and its contents being borne on the property’s access ways. The indemnity shall not extend to damage caused by the direct collision of the collection vehicles with any private property within, or thereabout, the property.

The Property Owner and or Authorising Officer/Representative shall be fully responsible for the management of, and to cover any costs or expenses associated with, the proper disposal of all non-acceptable materials, excessive materials above the authorised volumetric capacity provided by Council, that may be presented by the complex residents and not collected by City of Wanneroo, Workpower or Softlanding.

Any commercial arrangements between Workpower and Softlanding and the Property Owner or Authorising Officer/ Representative shall remain commercial arrangements between those parties. At no time shall Council become liable for costs associated with any commercial arrangements made by the Property Owner and/or Authorising Officer/Representative and Workpower or Softlanding.
