Who do we contact for bookings and fee enquiries?
For all matters relating to availability, bookings, fees, and membership confirmation, please email facilitybooking@wanneroo.wa.gov.au
What do we do when committee members or primary booking contacts change?
Please email facilitybooking@wanneroo.wa.gov.au with the full names, email addresses, and mobile phone numbers of the updated contacts so our records can be amended.
Who do we contact to report operational, maintenance, damage, graffiti or vandalism issues?

Who do we contact for urgent after hours operational or maintenance issues?

We would like to hold an end of season wind up. What do we need to know?
End of season wind ups are best held within your main club competition season. Events held outside your season may not be accommodated if they clash with incoming club bookings.
Please contact Facility Bookings by email: facilitybooking@wanneroo.wa.gov.au with your proposed plans, and the appropriate application form will be provided for completion.

Bookings are prioritised for clubs that are in season, and out of season clubs are required to work around in season club usage.
We would like to hold our AGM outside our season using our Clubrooms?
Please contact Facility Bookings to check availability. Clubs that are in season have priority access to clubrooms. Alternatively, clubs may consider booking a community facility. Please contact us at: facilitybooking@wanneroo.wa.gov.au
Please note that AGM bookings are managed under a separate contract from your seasonal bookings.
We would like to book facilities for preseason training?
Preseason bookings may be accommodated around in-season club bookings. Availability can vary from year to year as clubs expand their booking requirements.
Where kitchen access is available and approved during preseason, it is for temporary use only. All kitchen items, equipment, and stock must be removed after each training session, as permanent setup and storage is not permitted while the in-season club is operating.

What do I need to know about season handover?
All clubs are asked to leave facilities in a clean and orderly condition for incoming clubs within one week of their last competition date.
Clubs may negotiate the timing of move out and move in and are requested to notify the City of the agreed schedule. If an agreement cannot be reached, the City will determine the timing.
Outgoing clubs are also asked to remove all equipment and personal items from the Multipurpose Room and kitchen to provide space for incoming clubs.
