To ensure the City’s assets are well maintained and fit for purpose, we will be upgrading roads, drainage, lighting, parking and paths within the existing Neerabup Industrial Estate along Mather Drive, Warman Street, Avery Street and Turnbull Road.
Construction of the streetlights by Western Power was completed in May 2023 .
Tender evaluation is currently in progress for drainage, earthworks, asphalt and associated concrete works.
