The City of Wanneroo would like to advise that a Swearing in Ceremony of newly elected members will be conducted on 19 October and a Special Council Meeting will be held on 27 October.
Under the Local Government Act, a Special Council Meeting must be held to decide committee memberships for the Deputy Mayor and Elected Members.
The agenda for the 27 October meeting will be available from the City’s libraries, Civic Centre, and website from Friday 23 October.

- Monday 19 October 6.00pm - Welcome to Country and Smoking Ceremony (Jacaranda Amphitheatre, rear Civic Centre) followed by Swearing in Ceremony (Council Chambers, Civic Centre)
- Tuesday 27 October 6.00pm - Special Council Meeting (Council Chambers, Civic Centre)
