Have you ever pushed a pram, had a sports injury or tried to move around while carrying multiple bags or luggage?  Perhaps you have or know somebody who has a disability, have frail or aged relatives or friends who speak a language other than English?

Access issues affect all of us at some point in our lives with people experiencing difficulties accessing information, services, buildings, facilities and events on a daily basis.

The City of Wanneroo is currently reviewing its Access and Inclusion Plan for the next four years and would like your thoughts on how to make our City a more inclusive and accessible place for everyone who lives or visits here.

Your feedback will provide the City with valuable information to improve access in our community and will close on 18 December 2017.

Complete the survey for your chance to win a $150 grocery hamper!

Complete the survey online, or if you would like to a complete a paper copy please contact the Healthy and Inclusive Communities team at the City of Wanneroo on 9405 5000.
