Stage 1 Expressions of Interest: Kiosk/Complimentary Tenancy within Wanneroo Aquamotion

The City of Wanneroo is seeking initial Expressions of Interest from parties interested in operating a space which is currently used as a kiosk, for a kiosk or other tenancy that could compliment a public swimming pool complex.  The operation of the space will be by way of a commercial tenancy Lease plus the use of dining areas by way of a Licence within the Wanneroo Aquamotion swimming pool complex, located at 21 Civic Drive, Wanneroo.

• The proposed lease area is approximately 62m² which includes a kitchen, cool room and a servery area.
• In addition to the lease area, there will be a licence over an indoor and adjacent alfresco dining areas with a combined area of approximately 173m².
• The rent will be negotiated under a private treaty arrangement in accordance with section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995.
• The term of the lease will be 5 years inclusive of options.
• If the space is used as a kiosk, it will need to offer basic snacks and refreshments in line with similar type outlets.
